The Practice

Founded by Yaima Fonseca, a Cuban-born healthcare professional and AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), our practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. Yaima earned her Doctorate in Medicine in Cuba in 2011 and immigrated to the United States in 2014. After settling in South Carolina in 2019, she pursued her nursing career and obtained her FNP-C credentials in August 2024.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Yaima is passionate about serving diverse populations, with a special focus on English-speaking, Hispanic, and underserved communities. Her mission is to bridge healthcare gaps by offering accessible, culturally sensitive care that empowers patients to live healthier lives.
